1. Agreement and scope of application
These terms of sale apply to goods purchased in the online store hoSoccer.no by a consumer (private individual). The agreement consists of your order, the order confirmation and these terms. Norwegian laws such as the Consumer Purchase Act , the Right of Withdrawal Act , the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) and the E-commerce Act apply.
2. Order and order confirmation
When you order goods, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received the order, but does not constitute final acceptance until the goods have been packed/shipped. We reserve the right to cancel in the event of obvious price errors, stock errors or suspected misuse.
3. Prices, payment and fees
All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT. The total cost including shipping is shown before you complete your purchase. We offer secure payment solutions (e.g. card, Vipps or invoice via approved providers). Payment is charged according to the selected method. Any fees related to the payment method appear at checkout.
4. Delivery, shipping and risk
We normally ship within 1-3 business days with your chosen carrier. Estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout/order confirmation. The risk of the item passes to you when you or your representative has received the package. Uncollected packages may be charged a fee to cover shipping/return handling.
5. Right of withdrawal and return (consumer)
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with the Danish Right of Cancellation Act. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us a clear message within the deadline, e.g. via email to kundeservice@hosoccer.no .
Return the item within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after you have given notice of your right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

The customer pays shipping costs for returns , unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will be made once the item has been received and inspected (see “Refunds”).
Exceptions/hygiene:
Goalkeeper gloves that show visible signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. This is for reasons of hygiene and the product's continued saleability.
6. Complaints and returns (defects)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from HO Soccer Norge AS. If you experience any errors or defects in the product, you can file a complaint in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
Complaints
The right to a complaint applies in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. If the product has a manufacturing defect or other defect, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@hosoccer.no. or phone 908 22 133. Please provide your order number and describe the problem, preferably with pictures as documentation.
Returns and cancellation period
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act. Items that are returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Goalkeeper gloves that show visible signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged , for reasons of hygiene and further marketability.
Use of goalkeeper gloves and normal wear and tear
Goalkeeper gloves are consumables that will experience natural wear and tear with use, especially in the palm/grip area, and wear is affected by surface, weather and intensity. Normal wear and tear includes, for example, scuff marks, lumps in the latex, or small tears after training/matches, and is not considered a reason for a complaint.
To extend the lifespan, it is recommended to:

use your own training gloves on hard/abrasive surfaces (e.g. artificial grass)

Rinse the gloves in lukewarm water without soap after use.

let them air dry away from direct heat or sun
Return procedure

Send an e-mail to kundeservice@hosoccer.no with your order number and information about the product you wish to return.

You will receive return instructions and a return label if necessary.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the item, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for purchase. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value.
7. Errors, defects and the buyer's rights
In the event of a defect, you may, by law, demand correction/redelivery, price reduction, cancellation in the event of a significant defect and/or compensation. Claims must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Always contact customer service first, and we will find a solution.
8. Damage during transport
If damage is discovered to the package upon delivery, report it to the delivery location/carrier immediately and document the damage with photos. Then contact us as soon as possible.
9. Privacy and security
We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). Data is used to deliver and administer purchases, customer service, and necessary security measures. Payment information is handled by our certified payment partners. Read more in our privacy policy.
10. Warranty (where stated)
If a product is supplied with a voluntary warranty from the manufacturer/seller, this is in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty terms will be stated in the product information.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from delay or deficiency, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. We reserve the right to make corrections, price errors and changes in specifications.
12. Force majeure
If we are prevented from fulfilling the agreement due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government measures), the obligations are suspended for as long as the situation lasts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions as necessary. The current terms and conditions are always available on the website. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact us at kundeservice@hosoccer.no if you have a complaint. If the matter is not resolved, you can contact the Consumer Council . You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. Disputes can be brought before the Conciliation Council/district court where you live.
